Large Family Portraits - Palm Cove
The Fielding Family came from Tasmania to Cairns to celebrate Mum Sandra's 60th birthday, and planned to have thier family photo shoot while they were here. We went to the opposite end of Palm Cove Beach to utilise the bushland area by the Jetty as the water wasn't optimal for shooting on the day.
With one large extended family and 4 individual families, we took different photos for Sandra to have a selection of images to choose from. This included photos of the original family, photos of the entire family and photos of the individual families, couples and children.
Extended family sessions are a popular session in this area as people who are on family vacation use the opportunity to update family portraits while everyone is here, and in holiday mode, so hopefully relaxed and happy for the session. The Fieldings had been to Hartleys Crocodile Farm and the Reef during their stay, enjoying some of the tourist attractions here while staying in a holiday stay at Clifton Beach. Such a fun loving group who were so easy to get to know and work with, love this gorgeous session and I hope that the memories bring them a lot of joy in the years to come.
